What to do if the one-piece is bitter?

Single-use electronic cigarettes have been very popular lately. They are compact and convenient, you can take them with you on trips or with their help to try to give up the usual cigarettes. But it happens that the disposable electronic cigarette is bitter. This can be due to a manufacturing defect or lack of liquid for smoking.

If you have just purchased a disposable and it starts to bitter, it's probably defective. A POD system with an atomizer and reservoir in the same compartment may have uneven coil heating. Because of this, the absorbent cotton soaked in liquid will start to burn and a burning sensation will appear. It will cause bitterness, which, alas, in this case there is no way to fix. But the reason may lie in something else.

The liquid in the disposable cigarette ran out.

Disposable cigarette is designed for a certain number of puffs. If you have smoked it for too long, it is likely that the puffs have exhausted themselves and the liquid simply ran out. In its absence will be heated dry absorbent cotton, which will either start to burn, or just stop evaporating moisture. Hence the bitter taste. What to do in such a case?

You can buy disposable liquids in any store, but that does not mean that you can refill the disposable. If there is a reservoir for liquid, in theory it can be refilled. But more often than not, a disposable cigarette is not designed to be recharged or refilled. The POD system in it consists of an accumulator with wiring that heats the already saturated absorbent cotton with liquid, and its volume is limited by the amount of saturated absorbent cotton. Even taking the cigarette apart, you can't repair it. At most, you can re-soak the absorbent cotton in the liquid, but this is fraught with consequences.

First, the excessive moisture in the absorbent cotton will not give the same effect as a new disposable. Second, it is not easy to disassemble a disposable device - it has a cast construction, and you can only get all the parts out of it with a tool. Thirdly, having taken out all the components, you are unlikely to be able to put them back in the right way. And even if you succeed, you have all chances to damage the battery, which cannot be recharged or replaced by yourself. So in that case, the best solution is to buy a new disposable, given that their cost is not that high.

Throat hit

Many single-use smokers encounter such a concept as a ThroatHit or throat hit. This is a specific and not entirely pleasant sensation in the throat when the nerve endings become overly sensitive. This happens because the vessels in the throat become constricted and the throat feels an influx of large amounts of dry steam, which causes tingling and farting.

This feeling can be caused by single-use cigarettes as well as by simple cigarettes. Hence the different attitudes toward TrotHit. Some smokers crave it, because the moment of throat hit is similar to the first puff of a regular nicotine cigarette. Others dislike the sensation and try to avoid it.

If an e-cigarette no longer vaporizes because the liquid has run out, TrotHit is also possible, but the sensation will not be the most pleasant. The lack of vapor will cause a farting and tingling sensation in your throat. This means that you irritate the nerve endings and are likely to feel the need to cough or drink water. To prevent this from happening, it's best to keep track of the number of puffs you have left and not try to smoke an "empty" disposable.

Disposable cigarettes are inexpensive, and are not designed to be smoked or refilled for long periods of time. If the cigarette is bitter, causing a sore throat, do not continue or repair it yourself. It is better to buy a new device, having checked it for proper functioning first.
