Please remember: after purchase, you can inspect the product yourself to make sure it matches the stated specifications and has no defects.

How to keep your right to return

To keep the right to return the product within 14 days under the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you must:

• keep the original packaging;
• not remove protective films or labels;
• handle the product carefully so it retains its original appearance.

Please note. Pursuant to Article 9 of the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine has approved a list of goods of proper quality that are not eligible for exchange or return.

This includes personal hygiene products, in particular mouthpieces (drip tips), as well as products supplied with a mouthpiece (atomizers, starter kits, pod systems).

Exchange of goods of proper quality

We also exchange goods of proper quality in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Protection of Consumer Rights”. Returns and exchanges are possible within 14 days after the buyer receives the product, and only if the product has not been used.

Return and exchange conditions

A return or exchange is possible only if all of the following conditions are met:

1. The product has not been used. Our receiving manager may check whether the device has been used. If signs of use are found (residual e-liquid in an atomizer, clearomizer, vaporizer, or cartridge), the store may refuse the return.

   Important. Consumables (e-liquids, replacement coils, etc.) and personal-use items (atomizers, drip tips, and other devices that come into individual contact) may be returned only in unopened original packaging.

2. No signs of use: no scratches, chips, or scuffs; the software has not been modified.
3. The product is complete, and the packaging is intact.
4. All labels and factory markings are preserved.
